This is a Gas Mask Breath Reducer, enhanced with a turning knob in the front which allows you to regulate the airflow even further by turning it.
 
When the knob is turned to minimize the opening, it’s almost a shut-off valve. The max opening allows for a close-to-free air situation.
 
Reducing the air intake during gas mask breath play increases the breathing resistance. The need to work harder and longer to get air enormously increases the tension and excitement of your gas mask breath play experience.
